About Me

I have been registered with UKCP since 1998 and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working with Children, Adolescents, Adults and Families. I believe that everything is in a process of change and when things feel stuck or overwhelming, there is always a way to move forward. Drawing on my experience of working in schools and with families, and my training in both child and adult psychotherapy, I offer a safe and confidential place to explore anxieties and difficulties. I offer EMDR as a way to work with trauma for both adults and children. I am also a UKCP accredited supervisor and a British Focusing Association practitioner.
