My approach is pluralistic with a relational Jungian base. I like to work with dreams, using metaphors, and the therapeutic relationship but what is most important is that you feel free to use therapy in your own way and at your own pace.
I can offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy in English as well as in French.
Taking the first steps towards change and growth is always the most difficult but psychotherapy can help support you on this unique journey. I can offer a safe and warm non-judgmental space where your worries and anxieties will be heard and explored.
In an initial consultation, we can explore what your difficulties may be and what you wish to gain from therapy and decide whether we can work together. PLEASE, FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME AT psychbbeig@gmail.com TO ARRANGE FOR A 10-MINUTE CHAT OVER THE PHONE, TO BOOK AN INITIAL CONSULTATION, OR/AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
My fees range from £40 to £60, depending on individual circumstances and a session lasts 50 minutes. I also reserve a limited number of spaces for people on low incomes: £35 a session.
