Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
I worked with Cruse as a counsellor for many years
Divorce is commonplace but often misunderstood, it can have wide reaching implications on issues of identity, separation and loss, I specialise in working with people who have separated or divorced after very long term relationships
Life is full of experiences of change and existential questions that can challenge our sense of self, I work with people who are questioning
Loss and separation are part of life. I work with people as they process these.
I am qualified in Spiritual Accompaniment and this sits well with Psychotherapy, I offer an opportunity to explore issues of spirituality and meaning in the broadest sense and also work with religious trauma
