Entering therapy can feel like stepping into the unknown. If you are considering therapy, here is a glimpse into what you can expect.
My aim is to create a space of warmth and understanding. Our sessions together are a place free from judgment, where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I’m here to help you understand what is bothering you and to navigate through any frustrations and challenges.
We will explore understanding your whole self, your relationship to others and the outside world. By taking this holistic approach, we can uncover the roots of your struggles and work to gaining meaningful insights. Together, we can explore your inner world, cultivate resilience, and look at creating changes that support you.
I am an Integrative psychotherapist registered with the UKCP. Working in an integrative way means that I tailor therapy to your individual needs and preferences as I recognise no single approach works for everyone.
Trust is key. I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. I am here to offer support and encouragement as you navigate through the issues that are frustrating you.
I have provided therapy in the NHS, a local counselling service and private practice across a wide and diverse group of clients and issues. If you are facing addiction, anxiety, depression or trauma, I am here to support you. I have also worked internationally and understand how cultural aspects play into understanding yourself.
