About Me

I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist and Coach and work with individuals on a 1:1 basis in Cardiff or online via Zoom or Teams. I also work with organisations offering work place wellbeing group sessions.

My Approach

I offer a supportive relational approach to help you explore your thoughts, feelings about the challenges you're experiencing in the present moment, with the aim of increased awareness, insights, self-compassion and choice-fullness. I feel an important first step when looking for therapy is to discover who is the right match for you, so I always offer a brief telephone call and an initial free meeting so we can see if we'd work well together.
