My approach is Integrative - drawing on Humanistic and Psychodynamic perspectives, linked with the latest research in neuroscience. I typically see clients for 50 minute sessions on an on-going weekly basis. I do see some clients for more or less frequent sessions depending on need. I usually work in-person, but I can offer telephone or video sessions if circumstances require this. My approach is flexible and responsive as I believe that each therapeutic piece of work is uniquely co-created between client and therapist.
I completed my first training (Diploma & Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy) in 2004 and I hold an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy which I completed in 2010. I have worked in a variety of locations including London & Zurich and now I am based in Norwich. I have worked in private practice since qualifying and have also held senior clinical positions in a Children’s Charity (2006-2011), the Prison Service (2011-2016) and the NHS (between 2016-2023). I have extensive experience, working with clients of all ages and from a wide variety of backgrounds. In addition to my core professional trainings, I have completed a numerous additional courses - including (but not limited to) working with children, adolescents and groups. My work has included providing training and clinical supervision to a wide variety of professionals, including: teachers, psychologists, therapists, social workers, prison officers and probation officers,
