About Me

I am an Integrative psychotherapist (UKCP) and a Play and Creative Arts Therapist (PTUK, bacp). I offer psychotherapy; creative clinical supervision as a trainee; and reflective practice both in-person and online. As a certified Play and Creative Arts Therapist I integrate and expressive arts methods into my relational- developmental approach.

I have over 25 years experience working therapeutically with adults, children, young people and families in private practice and within multi-disciplinary teams within the voluntary, public and private sectors.
