I bring a warm, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude to my work with clients. As an integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from a range of theoretical perspectives, which allows me to tailor therapy to the needs of my clients. My focus is on exploring difficulties in living with empathy and curiosity for my client's unique experiences to support healing and individual growth.
The therapeutic relationship is at the centre of my practice, and I emphasise meaningful connection in my work. To help my clients make sense of how they relate to themselves, others, and the world, I provide a relational perspective. I also support clients to understand how past experiences can impact current relationships. In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to consider experiences from a new perspective and reveal new possibilities of being.
My experience of living and working in different parts of the world gives me a deeper understanding of difference and allows me to connect with my clients' challenges in meaningful ways. I draw from a wealth of professional experience working with a range of clients in various therapeutic settings, including the voluntary sector, private practice, and the NHS. I hold a MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University London and offer long and short-term therapy and welcome clients with a range of problems, including anxiety, depression, abuse, relationship issues, loss, self-esteem, family problems, trauma, and life changes.
