UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
My approach is creative and informed by Psychodrama Theory, Psychodynamic, Neurobiology, Polyvagal and IFS. I am also an EMDR therapist.
I am a psychotherapist registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), a member of British Psychodrama Association (BPA) and I trained in Psychodrama Psychotherapy at the London Centre for Psychodrama. I am an EMDR therapist and member of the EMDR association.
I have a Level 1 and 2 Certificate in Complex Trauma.
I have experience in a range of areas, including complex trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, feeling stuck and directionless, and working with young people.
Clients are welcome to come for a first assessment to discuss what concerns bring them to therapy and how we might work together, at no obligation to continue the work together.
I originally trained in Psychodrama, and now I support my creative way of working with principles from different approaches, including:
- Psychodynamic theory,
- Neurobiology and Trauma,
- IFS (Internal Family System)
- Polyvagal theory
- EMDR
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
