I work with adult individuals, short- and long-term, face to face with the option of online in exceptional circumstances.
My practice has developed over time to include somatic work, neuroscience, trauma-informed yoga, and polyvagal theory. My way of working is relational, collaborative and non-judgemental. I offer a safe, supportive space with the aim of supporting you as a whole person in the way that works best for yourself.
As a supervisor I work with a process model so am able to support practitioners from many modalities. I’m experienced with supervising a wide range of therapists from those still studying, post PhD, lecturers and trainers.
Please take a look at my website for more information about my practice.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with 19 years’ experience, based in East London.
I’m a very experienced therapist with an extensive integrative training. I have experience with working successfully with all the usual presenting issues that might come into a therapy room plus I have a particular interest in neurodiversity, sexuality, gender, infertility, birth, and the many ways our bodies carry our experience.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
