I am an accredited UKCP psychotherapist. I have a Masters Degree in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP). CPP brings together Western psychology with Buddhist principles.
Prior to my psychotherapy training, I qualified as a lawyer and I have worked for many years dealing with complex litigation.
Our initial meeting is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss what has brought you to therapy at this time and there is no obligation to continue to sessions. Therapy is a relationship and it is important for it to feel like the right fit. If we proceed to regular therapy sessions together, then we typically time every week.
