My Approach

I encourage people to explore and better understand their experiences, concerns or goals, and to expand the range of choices they believe they have. My style is relaxed, warm and supportive. You can talk about what ever you wish to, and I will listen to your concerns and experiences with interest, care and an open mind. I will try to help you inquire into your experience, and to understand it better, and won't try to impose any fixed ideas or concepts, or offer advice.

About Me

In addition to private practice, I have worked as a psychotherapist and counsellor in London in various settings over the past 10 years: with in-patients at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery; students at London Metropolitan University; GP outpatients at Finchley Memorial Hospital; employees at the Metropolitan Police Service; and clients at the Claremont Project, a low-cost psychotherapy service in Islington. I have also conducted intake assessments for people seeking psychotherapy and counselling at the Centre for Better Health in Hackney.

I have also taught on psychotherapy and counselling courses at Regents University, the New School, and the Minster Centre. I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy, both from Regent’s University in London.
