My Approach

I am trained as a clinician and clinical supervisor drawing on the Systemic Approach and am also trained in Brain Spotting. I have also trained as a Coach and offer supervision to those providing Coaching.

Having worked in a range of settings, I am able to work with clients, couples and individuals, seeking help and support with a range of issues. I have learnt through my training and experience, that offering a flexible approach in keep with the clients unique context seems most effective.
