Although the term existential psychotherapy may sounds confusing, in practice it’s pretty straightforward. It means working psychotherapeutically in the ‘here and now’ with whatever issues or ideas arise during the sessions- whether they are broad challenges around human existence or more specific concerns about your life and the everyday intricacies within it. I work on a very client-led dynamic and believe that you are your own best expert – I am simply there to help you explore your relationship to your life and the people in it. It is a creative and collaborative process which I believe can be extremely fruitful and rewarding.
