My Approach

I offer a confidential, respectful, non-judgmental space for individuals and couples in which, if you are in crisis, or are seeking to make some changes, you can explore your inner and outer worlds in a way that will help to enrich you as an individual and in your relationships with others.

I work analytically, relationally, creatively, and in depth, so as well as looking at patterns that have occurred in your life, difficulties that you are encountering in the present and which have occurred in the past, we might work with your dreams, stories you tell yourself about yourself, images that you bring, as a way of trying to gain a deeper understanding of what might be going on unconsciously, creating difficulties and obstacles, outside the awareness of your conscious self.

I work in an open-ended, long-term way. Sessions can be once, twice or three-times weekly, as required.

Since March 2020 all of my sessions have been online using Zoom or FaceTime.

I am an experienced, qualified Jungian Analyst / Analytical Psychologist and UKCP registered Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS:

UKCP registered Jungian Analyst, Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Supervisor.

Member of the Association of Jungian Analysts (AJA), London.

Professional Member (Adv. Dip.) of the Centre for Transpersonal Psychology, London.

MA (Distinction) in Jungian and Post-Jungian Studies from the Centre for Psychoanalytic Studies, University of Essex.

Diplomas in Supervision and in Transpersonal Couple Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), London.
