About Me

I am an experienced psychotherapist, counsellor, coach and mentor and have over 30 years experience within the field of listening and supporting others. I have had my own private practice since 2001. I am affiliated with the Sherwood Psychotherapy Institute, Nottingham, UK where I trained. I provide a professional and confidential service without the need of a G.P or occupational health referral, in a very safe, private and separate consulting room based in Mickleover, Derby. I work with adults, couples, groups and with children and young people. I also have extensive experience in professional environments, educational and community settings and over 26 years of experience in the emergency services #999PTSD.
