My Approach

I use a variety of modalities to suite the needs of the client, using psychodynamic and existential modalities as my base. I am very relational and like work long term with my clients, but I also appreciate that great results can be achieved with short term therapy.

About Me

I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Integrative Psychotherapy and a MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regents University. Prior to that I gained a BA (Hons) From UCL in Art History and Architecture, a MA in Art business from Sotheby's and an MBA from Paris. I am Danish and I used to have an art gallery and be a curator in London. Aside from my private practice in Belgravia I am also in placement at The Priory in Roehampton with the inpatient team.
