My approach is broadly psychoanalytic and being trained pluralistically I work both from an archetypical and developmental perspective. I also offer clinical supervision.

About Me

My name is Alex and I am a psychoanalytical psychotherapist who has been working with people from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds for over ten years. I offer to provide psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work with people on a once, twice, or three times a week basis. I am a registered supervisor with the British Association of Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Supervisors (BAPPS) and offer clinical supervision to other psychotherapists. I am a training therapist and tutor with the Association of Group and Individual Psychotherapists. (AGIP)

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis with the aim of enabling you to better understand who you are, where you wish to go, so enabling you to live your life more fully.
