Humanistic Integrative Relational Embodied
I offer psychotherapy, counselling, and clinical supervision in private practice. I work online with people across the UK and internationally. My approach is humanistic, integrative, relational, and embodied, allowing therapy to adapt to each individual’s needs whilst being held in a warm, non-judgmental space. I have been working as a therapist since 1999 and have extensive experience supporting LGBTIQA+ folks from diverse backgrounds. I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist, a UKCP and HIPC approved clinical supervisor, and a registered member of the BACP. I work in line with ethical guidelines and I am committed to ongoing professional development. Before entering into training as a therapist in 1997, I worked in engineering, construction, and youth work. I have since worked across counselling charities, the NHS, and private practice. I have offered supervision since 2004 with a particular interest in the relational dynamics of enactment within the therapeutic process.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
