UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
My approach to therapy is grounded in integrative and integrating Eastern approaches and perspectives. I believe in addressing the whole person's mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My work combines elements of various therapeutic modalities, such as humanistic, Gestalt, and transpersonal approaches, to provide a comprehensive and tailored healing experience. Focusing on conscious relationships, trauma reduction, and sexuality, I aim to empower individuals and couples to achieve greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.
I have over 25 years of clinical experience working with couples, individuals & and groups. My approach is integrative, combining Eastern & and Western approaches to help you gain insight and recover from conflict. Support and challenge are offered to help you build skills and develop tools to maintain and repair a loving relationship to be better equipped to embark on your journey to a more fulfilling life as an individual or as a couple.
I run couples intensives, retreats and workshops.
I specialise in transforming relationships and psychosexual therapy. I work with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, sexual orientations and age groups.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
