I am a chartered counselling psychologist, and UKCP registered psychotherapist with experience in working with adults of different ages and life challenges, including relational challenges, psychological pain, physical health problems, acquired brain injury or disease. My practice is influenced by three axons: philosophical perspectives on a meaningful life, specialist clinical knowledge on and experience with mental suffering and contemporary scientific knowledge about the mind and the brain.
I practice mainly in North West London, but I can also see clients in central London. I currently offer online sessions.

In addition to my psychotherapeutic practice, I am also an academic conducting research at the interface between mind, body and social relationships. I lecture internationally on these subjects and I have published extensively in these areas. Currently I am a Professor of Psychodynamic Neuroscience at University College London.
