Working together we will find a way of connecting that works for you. The therapeutic relationship is central to the way I work. Trust is key as we work through your experiences, past and present, in a safe and holding environment. I draw on emotion-based therapy (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy - AEDP) as well as a range of other psychotherapeutic styles including Relational Transactional Analysis and Clinical Hypnosis. I hold an MSc in TA Psychotherapy, L3 AEDP and a PGCert in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Emotion-based therapy helps us uncover meaning and purpose in ways that logical thinking sometimes fails to achieve. In these periods of uncertainty, emotion can help guide us, allowing us to make sense of our experience and how we relate to others.

Times of heightened anxiety tend to connect us with past struggles and trauma. Working as a team, we will explore the emotional meaning and impact of your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

When you feel safe and ready, we will work together to create a space for your unspoken experiences. We will then work in a safe and holding space with whatever comes up for you as we explore these experiences together.

All sessions are currently being done online via Zoom.
