I am also trained in EMDR (A trauma based therapy) and mindfullness.

About Me

Clients who see me present with a range of issues, from emotional and behavioural difficulties in children, anxiety , worries about school, blended or step families etc to worries about identity for example. Or issues in the couple or parenting relationship.

Sometimes I see children and adults who are neuro diverse (ie may have adhd/or autism but I cant diagnose - you would need to see someone else for that..

Recently I have started to work with older adults and life transitions in my work and am happy to see people at whatever age they may be. Working with mental health worries and diagnoses and how they affect families is something I do in my work in the NHS.

I have worked in the NHS for many years and taught with the Institute of family therapy.
